MCON Connectors India Private Limited is an Indian manufacturer of industrial electrical components with
over three decades of manufacturing experience. Established in 1992 in Mumbai, MCON began its journey
with a single precision machine dedicated to producing high accuracy machined components and parts.
With a strong foundation in precision engineering and robust quality systems, the company subsequently
entered the manufacturing of SOLENOID COILS and DIN SOLENOID CONNECTORS. These products are
widely used in pneumatic and hydraulic automation systems, where reliable electrical actuation and
sustained operational performance are critical.
All products are manufactured in India under controlled production processes. Over the years, MCON has
developed into a dependable supplier to trusted Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs) across India
and overseas markets, supporting applications that demand long operational life and stable performance.
In 2025, MCON expanded its capabilities to include Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) / Radio
Frequency Interference (RFI) Filters and Power Distribution Units (PDUs), addressing the growing need for
power quality and electromagnetic compatibility in modern industrial environments.
MCON products are engineered for long-term reliability and consistent performance, delivering cost –
effective value through carefully selected materials, controlled manufacturing processes, and dependable
production standards.

MANUFACTURING & QUALITY PRACTICE
MCON’s manufacturing foundation was established through the production of precision
engineered tools and components for industrial automation applications, and subsequently
expanded to include the manufacturing of solenoid coils and DIN solenoid connectors.
Today, our manufacturing operations are supported by well-structured production systems
and modern machinery, including injection moulding machines, power presses, and
advanced tools and equipment, along with well-equipped in-house testing facilities. We
utilize calibrated instruments and comprehensive quality control systems to inspect and
verify electrical and mechanical performance at every stage of production. Through
controlled processes and systematic quality checks, we ensure consistency, precision, and
long-term reliability across all production batches.
PROCUREMENT & MATERIAL DISCIPLINE
Raw material procurement is managed through strategic sourcing directly from established
and reliable manufacturers. This approach ensures consistency, traceability, and predictable
material characteristics across production batches.
Key materials are sourced from reputed suppliers Including DuPont de Nemours, Inc.,
Covestro AG, dsm firmenich (formerly DSM), Elektrisola GmbH, RR Kabel Limited, RMI limited, Agrawal Metals Works Private Limited and SRF Limited.
